Whats the Worst UK Government Agency?

My nomination is definitely TV Licensing. When my Father died some 5 years ago, TV Licensing refused to believe that he was dead because they could, presumably, still see a TV in an empty house. They would not believe he was dead even when I sent then a death certificate and I had many telephone calls going nowhere.

It appears that TV Licensing has not mended its ways. I rent a small industrial unit across the road and use it for storage and occasional meetings. I am now being plagued by TV Licensing who are questioning whether anybody using that unit is looking at a TV. Well they’re not Mr TV Licensing so please get off my back.
